All the experiences we have in childhood, good or bad, leave marks on us.
We may not be conscious, but they are forever etched in our unconscious. This is our inner child, which later manifests itself in our adult life in unexpected and inexplicable ways.
The way we get angry at the slightest affront, or how we go down with criticism or rejection, (almost) always has a justification that is rooted in the past.
Fortunately, there is a concrete and sure way to overcome the less good side of childhood.
It’s not enough to know, rationally, that our parents did their best, that they were out of balance, that they didn’t know what they were doing when they treated you in a certain way.
For some reason (which not even Freud explains!), this child that we were, especially from 0 to 7 years old, continues to have his energy alive and active in our subconscious.
So, if for some reason you didn’t feel seen, you felt rejected, abandoned, criticized, charged, these pains remain inside, on your subconscious level.
And you, as an adult, start to attract different situations to continue being… rejected, charged, abandoned, criticized.
It may sound crazy, but the fact is that we attract what we emanate.
Then, if the wound has not yet completely healed, we emanate the energy of that pain. And by the law of attraction that quantum physics explains, we begin to attract situations that are energetically compatible with our pain.
There is a wonderful opportunity to see what the universe is right in front of us. “Hey, there’s this pain here, look at it.”
I RECOMMEND YOU TO DO THIS SIMPLE, DAILY EXERCISE:
ASK YOURSELF WHY DOES IT BOTHER ME? WHY DOES IT HURT SO MUCH?
When we look at pain, we get out of the mud, out of quicksand, out of our comfort zone, and we face the discomfort of being faced with memories that can make us cry, feel sadness, emptiness, anger.
But you know what? That is the path to our liberation, friends. We begin to see and welcome these moments with more affection and compassion for ourselves.
The inner child is the one that manifests in us and whose experiences have not yet “gone away.” Often, we still see the world through our child’s eyes.
All the unresolved emotions, unmet needs, and painful situations in which we feel scared or violated don’t just go away. They exist within us, creating a lens through which we come to see the world.
HEALING YOUR INNER CHILD is a prerequisite for building more peaceful, friendly and happy relationships and for being able to close relationships that are not good for us or even make us sick.
It will help you to let go of those old patterns that bring suffering.
It will show you how to replace them with new behaviors and perspectives that contribute to a better life and happier relationships.
“In a very difficult moment in particular, she answered me promptly and I felt embraced, even though I was more than 13 thousand km away. Gratitude Monique I wish you much success, you are a great human and very wonderful as therapist. Today I'm feeling much better and I feel very welcomed, which is very important for my life! I highly recommend Monique, go without fear you're going to have the best results in life!”
M. deOliveira, 40“I came from 4 different therapies, I was hopeless for still having so many issues to be fixed. In the first conversation I already felt a huge connection. Our conversations always happen naturally, there is a real welcome, and a concern with reality, a concrete direction. A real value and interest in my story.”
T. Caliari, 40“I spent years struggling to lose weight, after undergoing hypnotherapy for weight loss with Monique and with the supervision of a nutritionist once a week, 10 kg are now gone!”
F. Estrada, 36“I allowed myself to immerse in this process of healing and self-knowledge and in a few hypnotherapy sessions I was able to overcome old losses and traumas. Today I feel more comfortable with my past, I am less afraid of my future and I have been able to enjoy the present more.”
